Quality Clinical

Give clinicians their evenings back

Documentation shouldn't be the reason good clinicians burn out. We built Quality Clinical to take the paperwork off their plate without ever compromising the record or the client's privacy.

ABA works. But the administrative weight around it (session notes, medical-necessity statements, plans of care, program data, supervision paperwork) quietly eats the hours that should go to clients and families. Too often it eats evenings and weekends too.

Quality Clinical started from a simple idea: if a clinician runs a great session, the documentation for that session already exists in what was said and done. The job is to capture it faithfully and turn it into the artifacts insurers and supervisors need, with the clinician in the loop at every step. Record the session, review what it drafts, sign, and move on.

Because this is health data, we treat privacy as a first-class engineering constraint rather than a checkbox. It is designed to run on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure under a Business Associate Agreement, and a new account literally cannot hold protected health information until it has completed HIPAA onboarding.

Built for clinicians, not billers

Every screen starts from the question a clinician actually asks, not from a billing form. The documentation is a by-product of doing good clinical work, not a second job after it.

Privacy is the architecture, not a policy

PHI is encrypted at rest, access is role-scoped and audit-logged, and an account is structurally incapable of holding client data until it has cleared HIPAA onboarding. Safety by construction.

AI that shows its work

The AI drafts; the clinician decides. Every generated note, goal, and plan of care is editable and signed off by a human before it counts. No black boxes in the record.
